- 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (or other breadcrumbs)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add chicken, rice, and cheeses to the skillet and stir to combine.Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer chicken and cheese mixture to a 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) baking dish.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the top.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
