- 1 pound Ground chicken
- 1/2 cup Carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup Green peas
- 1 Onion, minced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Celery, diced
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 piece of Bread
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 cup Chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 ˚F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, carrots, green peas, onion, garlic, celery, paprika, black pepper, salt, and chicken broth. Mix together until ingredients are well incorporated.
- Soak bread in 1/3 cup water until it is softened.
- Gently press the bread and squeeze out any excess moisture. Add the bread to the chicken mixture and mix together until ingredients are well combined.
