  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, pesto, onion, bell pepper, and 1 cup of cheese. Set aside.
  3. Cook the lasagna noodles as directed on the package. Drain, rinse with cold water, and spread out onto a greased baking sheet.
  4. Spread a third of the chicken mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with the cooked lasagna noodles, followed by half of the jar of alfredo sauce.
  5. Repeat the process, layering with the chicken mixture, lasagna noodles, and alfredo sauce until the top layer is alfredo sauce. Top with the remaining cup of cheese.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
