For starters, ensure you have all the ingredients to prepare these dishes. The other essential ingredients to note are mustard oil, cumin powder, chaat masala, black pepper & kitchen king Masala. Follow the instructions given below to prepare the dish.
- First, marinate the chicken with the yogurt, lemon juice, green chillies, ginger,garlic, garam masala, cumin powder, and the spices.
- Keep the marinade aside for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Meanwhile, heat mustard oil in a non-stick pan.

- Now add some cream and stir everything together. Let the curry come to a boil. Add some cilantro and water as per required consistency.
- Once the curry is cooked, remove it from heat and garnish it with some crushed cashew nuts and cream. Serve hot with Indian bread, paratha or rice.
