- 2 cups dry white wine

- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

- Add the wine and bring to a boil. Add the thyme, oregano and bay leaf and season with salt and pepper. Add the clams, stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Cover the pan with foil and place in the preheated oven.
- Cook the clams for 20 minutes, or until the clams have opened. Discard any clams that have not opened.
- Remove the pan from the oven and discard the bay leaf. Stir in the lemon juice and season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
- Serve the clams with the cooking juices and enjoy!
