– 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
– ⅓ cup butter
– 4 cloves of garlic, minced

– 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
– ½ teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
– 2 teaspoons oregano
– ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
– 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
1. On a cutting board, cut the boneless chicken breasts into small strips or cubes.
2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and then add the chicken strips. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
3. Add the garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 1 minute.
4. Add in the extra virgin olive oil and mix until everything is well blended. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
