1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
5-6 chicken thighs
Quarter cup of tomato paste
1 ½ cups of chicken broth
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the garlic, onion and bell peppers and cook until they are soft and fragrant.
2. Add the turmeric and coriander, the tomatoes and tomato paste, and cook stirring for a couple of minutes.
3. Add the chicken thighs, pour the broth and bring to boil.
4. Cover the skillet and let it simmer over low heat until the chicken is tender.
5. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.

Italian Ground Chicken Pasta Skillet
Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
3/4 cups dry small pasta
1 cup freshly-grated parmesan cheese
Freshly-chopped parsley, to garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat up the olive oil on a large skillet over medium heat and add the chicken, breaking it up as you go. Cook until no longer pink, stirring as needed.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic and cook for around 1 minute.
3. Add all the spices, mix everything together and cook for around 1 minute more.
4. Pour the diced tomatoes and chicken broth, mix everything together and simmer for around 10 minutes.
5. Add the pasta and stir. Cover the skillet and simmer for around 15 minutes or until the pasta is cooked through.
6. Add the freshly-grated parmesan cheese, mix everything together and let the cheese melt.
7. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
