Instructions

1. Combine the chicken, soya sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and sesame oil in a bowl. Toss to combine and let marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Heat the canola oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat.
3. Once the oil is hot, add the bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the chicken and marinade to the pan and cook until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink, about 8 minutes.
5. Add the chicken stock, honey, and rice vinegar to the pan. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
